Our Volunteers
Volunteers are our lifeblood. We have tons of fun working on our projects, and nothing is as satisifying as helping someone in your community. You can help by providing any of the following:
- Donating labor including general project volunteers
- Volunteer as a skilled laborer that can work independently
- Contribute time and expertise as a project manager
- Volunteer secretarial skills i.e. typing, data entry, telephone calling, mass mailing, bookkeeping etc
- Participate on one of our Committees, i.e. Volunteer Committee, Project Committee, or Fundraising Committee
- Donate time and expertise as a Grant writer
- Send a check
- Donate product or materials
We have the special skills and resources to tackle the problems of accessibility in existing homes. A wide range of projects is possible, such as building ramps, widening doors and making other extensive improvements. Each project is tailored to the goal of enabling our clients to live independently in their homes.
In order to make these dreams come true, we need your support. Your generous commitment to this cause will help us meet the project goals we have established for now and the future. The opportunities and rewards are great.
