Craig Hills - Director
Craig Hills is a principal with Professional Business Solutions (PBSI), a human resource management service, serving the remodeling and construction industry since 1999. A member of the Oregon Remodelers Association (ORA) since 1995, having served as Portland chapter president in 2001 and state board president in 2004 & 2005.

Matt Smith - Treasurer
Having started his banking career in early 2007, Matt Smith is currently a Senior Underwriter and Portfolio Manager for Pacific Continental Bank. Matt has been involved with ReFIT since mid-2009 and was asked to join the board as Treasurer later that year.

Connie Crow - Secretary
Connie Crow comes from a 37 year background in public education. She is a former high school/middle school English/Speech/Drama instructor, counselor and building administrator. In 2005 she retired from Portland Public Schools as an elementary school principal. Collaboration Consultants, her latest endeavor, focuses on building the habits of Systems Thinking with individuals and work groups/teams.

Bill Markt - Director
Bill Markt is a founding member of ReFIT. He is owner, and a Certified Remodeler of Markt & Company. Bill is a graduate from the University of Utah with a degree in Finance. He has been committed to building and remodeling for over twenty years.

Debbie Anderson - Director
Debbie has been associated with the floor covering industry for over 20 years in numerous capacities. She is currently store manager at the CFM headquarters store in Tigard. In addition to her involvement with ReFit for over 7 years, Debbie has been involved in a number of other trade associations and charity projects.

Marlin Myers - Director
Marlin is an outside salesman for Pacific Lumber & Truss Company. For 19 years prior he was a remodeler and moved to Pacific Lumber in 2005. Marlin has been involved with ReFit as an onsite volunteer to more recently being on the project committee.

Brett Schulz - Director
Brett is an architect with over twenty years experience, and is principal of his own firm — Brett Schulz, Architect — with an emphasis on housing and sustainability. He has a long history of volunteerism, including hurricane relief in the Gulf states and mentoring of youth here in Portland.

Ross Arnold - Director
Retired 25 year firefighter with Tualatin Valley Fire and Rescue. Retired Chairman of The Health Trust covering 4 local fire departments in health insurance and benefits. Ross has been involved on the Project Committee with ReFIT for 2 years.

Bill Kerrigan - Director
Bill Kerrigan is the owner of 3 Mountains Plumbing, a residential remodeling and full service plumbing company serving metropolitan Portland. Prior to 3 Mountains, Bill worked in the nonprofit housing development sector, general contracting, and private banking. He has participated in numerous volunteer programs and poverty immersion activities over the last fifteen years.

Judy Clarke - Director
Judy Clarke is president and owner of Team HR, LLC, a values-driven human resources and organizational development firm located in downtown Portland. She has volunteered her strategic planning and facilitation services for ReFit since 2006.
